These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to https://ttgo.io.vn/ (the “Site”), operated by TTGO / AVTFINITY (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site provides

The Site offers free browser games, informational pages about our Android apps on Google Play, blog articles, and related publisher information. Browser games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. App downloads happen on Google Play under that store’s terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer Site infrastructure beyond normal browsing.
• Do not use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as TTGO or AVTFINITY.
• Respect other players when games support local multiplayer on a shared device.

Intellectual property

Games, icons, text, and branding on the Site are owned by AVTFINITY or used under license, except where third-party open-source components are credited separately (for example in a game folder). You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse Site assets without prior written permission, except for fair personal use of the playable games in a browser.

Advertising

The Site may display ads through Google AdSense or similar partners. Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control every ad creative. See our Privacy Policy for cookies and opt-out options.

Third-party services

Links to Google Play and other external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies. Android apps are also subject to Google Play’s terms and each app’s listing information.

Disclaimer

The Site and browser games are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. High scores stored in your browser (for example via localStorage) may be lost if you clear site data.
